26 Hi-Res Splatter Brushes for Photoshop
Last year, I had a project that required me to use some splatter brushes such as those of ink splats. I tried to search for free resources online but only got disappointed with the sizes (around 500-900px) of the brushes that I could download. So I decided to make my own set of ink and blood splatter brushes with resolution of 2500 pixels each (that’s the maximum size that I could make using Photoshop CS2). So instead of keeping them in my hard drive, I might as well share them to you. I hope you will find my free Photoshop brushes useful.

-Please do not host these Photoshop brushes in you own servers and make them available for download. Please link to this page if you want others to know about them.
Just let me know if you encounter problems installing this brush set. If you are using an older version of Photoshop or if you are using program other than Photoshop, you can request me to send you the image (PNG) file of these brushes.

Do you have a download for mac? When I click on the DL button a page of code loads.
I tried to download and install these brushes in mac and they work perfectly well. The downloadable file is in ABR file, thus the brushes need to be installed in Photoshop first as “brush” in order to view and use them. I hope that helps…

@heasleyamend – Try downloading the brushes using Mozilla Firefox. Maybe you are using Safari or Opera. I’m still clueless why there are issues in downloading the brushes using these browsers.

Hey guyz thanks for ur supporting designers all over,Brushes is done and it’s good enough!
They look amazing!
The only thing is, I do not understand how to put them under the brush category (the tab you pull down and select what one you use)
I have a mac, as I read it should work for Macs, but, I then right click and hit “open” it pulls up my photoshop, but I still can’t find the brushes… :/
If you need a tutorial on how to install the brushes in Photoshop, here is a a simple tutorial How to Install Photoshop Brushes. Make sure also that you are using Photoshop CS and higher version. This set only works with those versions of Photoshop. I hope that helps.
