Looking for the best free fonts? There are a lot of free fonts out there but finding the best or high-quality fonts is not an easy task for us designers. We actually spend too much time looking for them every now and then. Not because it is hard to find free fonts but more so of the fact that we are always faced with enormous  options every time we search online for free fonts. So, to save you time, which you should be spending doing your projects, I decided to share the quality fonts that I found online. Again, in no particular order, please follow the links provided below if you are interested to use any of these free fonts.

BEST FREE FONTS 01- Fertigo Pro
Fertigo Pro is a quality font that can be downloaded free. The Pro version features some important changes from its previous release (Fertigo). These include language support in Latin, Central European, Croatian, Romanian, Icelandic, Turkish, Esperanto, etc. More than 150 glyphs were added and with metrics and kerning likewise improved. Fertigo is a bit like Laphroaic; the more you get to know it, the more you’ll (probably) appreciate it. With it’s auto-ligatures (no Open Type programs needed), a complete character set and many other unknown features it can be hard to resist.

From the same authors who brought us Fertigo, Anivers Regular was added as part of the Anivers family (If you are not familiar with the other Anivers Font, these can still be downloaded from the same site). Anivers Regular has also undergone some major updates. Most important of these are: extended language support (Latin / Central European / Croatian / Romanian / Icelandic / Turkish / Esperanto), improved glyph shapes, metrics and kerning. Anivers is spaced and kerned by Igino Marini with iKern.

Found a new site called http://www.fonts2u.com. These guys have over 20k free fonts nicely categorized
and what I really liked is the extended search they offer. You may search thru all character
maps. I was trying to find fonts with Japanese characters. I simply selected desired character
map, hit search and got fonts supporting them. Really cool and effective.

This website has to be the greatest source given the subjects discussed. I regularly discover myself coming back and trying to find additional things. Not really sure where you uncover all this info, but it’s excellent. Thanks a lot!
